Y porque estoy loca sobre cocina casera...


Tonight I also baked my bread for the next week or two. Its a whole wheat bread filled with pumpkin seeds, ground flax seeds and sunflower seeds. Yum! So that was a night well spent. I love taking at least one or two nights out of my week and just concentrate on creating something wholesome and deliciously homemade. It's soul-soothing.

That sounds good! Do you use the bread for sandwiches or breakfast?

I use the bread for everything, mainly sandwiches but then you could make french toast with it for breakfast. Also, if I don't eat it before it gets old I make croutons and bread crumbs.

Bread Lady! I need to try some!! Are you making from scratch or bread packages? where are you getting the grain from?

D, I make it all from scratch. Yeast, water, flour, salt.
